UFC Cake

Here is a cake that I just finished for a Birthday/UFC party. It is a spice cake with cream cheese icing-Yum! I did have to cover it in fondant (cream cheese icing is hard to get really smooth). A lot things on this cake were firsts for me, but I had fun doing it. Everything is edible!

Four-wheeler Cake

This cake was a lot of fun to decorate! The frosting gave me a little grief, but that is better now. I was happy with how it turned out.
This cake is made from three yellow cakes stacked and carved. The rocks are fondant and the trees are royal icing on sugar cones. Every thing on the cake is edible except for the four-wheeler.

I totally enjoy trying all these new cake ideas that people want me to do! I am having fun! Thanks everyone!

Tony Romo Cake

This cake was made for....well it's oviously for a Tony Romo fan. His wife gave me a jersey that he has and the cake was a surprise for him.
It is chocolate cake with chocolate chip filling. I put together two sheet cakes and cut the shape from that. It is covered with buttercream icing and the decorations are fondant.

*-Some more cakes!

Here are four cakes that I have done in the last two week....
This fist one is a cake that I did for my cousin Beau's wedding. It was an adventure! First it is the first all real cake that I have done. Second, it had to make the long trip up north (which it almost didn't make thanks to a drunk driver!) And third, Jenn and I DO NOT know our way around up there. LOL!
I do want to thank Jenn for all her help with this cake. She helped with it all but especially the way yummy fillings! She made a raspberry moues and lemon moues that we alternated in the cakes. YUM!!
Also thank you to my mom and dad for all thier help.
Wedding Cake
PSP CAKE
This was definately a last minute cake but turned out pretty good, and from what I hear, Nolan really liked it!

BIG RIG CAKE

I was really happy with how this birthday cake turned out! I have never done a cake like this or one that I had to carve. I was very happy to hear that he loved it too!

80th Birthday Cake

This was also a first for me. I was also pleased with the end results of this one. I was pretty nervous about the bow, but I think it turned out pretty good. :)
Thank you to everyone that gave me the oppurtunity to make these cakes!

Castle Cake!

Here is a cake Jenn and I did for a princess that turned 1. The castle cake turned out cute though....too bad it rained at the party.:( But all-in-all it was definitely the most memorable cake I have made. THANKS JENN! LOL!!

Some of the Cakes I have made....

The pearls you see on a lot of my cake are edible pearls that I make by hand.

This one also has edible ribbon that I make, and the flower are silk.

The next two cake have flowers that I made out of frosting.

All four cakes in this one are real with different fillings. The ribbon is silk and the flowers are real. This cake was one of my favorite. It is the biggest and has the most detail-hard to see from the picture.

The next one is also one of my favorites. There are two pictures of the same cake just in different lighting. The pears and ribbon are edible. The flowers are silk.

Here are some birthday cakes that I have made.
