Huanani's Cake

I thought this cake turned out quite pretty. This cake is all real. Each tier is vanilla cake with raspberry mousse filling. Yum! My hubby is a great help with fondant covered cakes like this. He helps me roll out the great big sheets.

Postman loves nurse

Here are two cakes that I finished today. They are for a groom who works for USPS and a bride that is a nurse. I was thrilled with how they both turned out. 😊

Tits your Birthday!

My friend Marlee and I made this cake a few weeks ago for a birthday! We thought it turned out pretty good and I do believe the birthday boy like it too! :)

Horse Cake

Here a birthday cake. The request was for a horse and yellow and blue flowers. The flowers were no problem but I will admit the horse did give me some trouble. Here is what I came up with.

My Little Pony

Another cake I made this weekend was for a little girl turning 4. Chocolate cake covered and decorated with buttercream. The flowers are fondant molded.

Rustic Wedding

I made this cake this weekend. All three tiers are chocolate cake with cream cheese filling. I really liked the look and it went great with the rustic decorations. :)

Minecraft Cake

Here is the cake I made for Austin's birthday. For those who don't know it is a Minecraft cake cake. :) I'm sure you can imagine how much cake we have around here so for something a little different, this is my first ice cream cake. So chocolate cake filled with vanilla ice cream and iced with chocolate pudding and cool whip. It was pretty yummy! :)
