Wedding cake for one of my favorite couples! :). Bottom 2 tiers are choc cake with chocolate mousse filling, and the top is yellow with raspberry mousse.

Rustic Sunflowers

Here is an all real chocolate cake filled and iced with buttercream.  I made the cage thing that was somewhat tricky but fit perfectly. :)

Turquoise Wedding

This cake is all real.  Chocolate cake with buttercream filling.  Covered in fondant and embossed with royal icing. The flowers are silk.  I love the cake stand that was provided! Isn't it pretty?! :)

I thought this cake turned out quite pretty. This cake is all real. Each tier is vanilla cake with raspberry mousse filling. Yum! My hubby is a great help with fondant covered cakes like this. He helps me roll out the great big sheets.

Rustic Wedding

I made this cake this weekend.  All three tiers are chocolate cake with cream cheese filling.  I really liked the look and it went great with the rustic decorations. :)

Petal Cake

This cake was very different from others I have made.  But I thought it turned out quite pretty.  It was chocolate with chocolate hazelnut filling. Yum!
