Huanani's Cake

I thought this cake turned out quite pretty. This cake is all real. Each tier is vanilla cake with raspberry mousse filling. Yum! My hubby is a great help with fondant covered cakes like this. He helps me roll out the great big sheets.

Here are two cakes that I finished today.  They are for a groom who works for USPS and a bride that is a nurse.  I was thrilled with how they both turned out. 😊

Tits your Birthday!

Horse Cake

Here a birthday cake. The request was for a horse and yellow and blue flowers. The flowers were no problem but I will admit the horse did give me some trouble. Here is what I came up with.

Another cake I made this weekend was for a little girl turning 4.  Chocolate cake covered and decorated with buttercream.  The flowers are fondant molded.

Rustic Wedding

I made this cake this weekend.  All three tiers are chocolate cake with cream cheese filling.  I really liked the look and it went great with the rustic decorations. :)

Minecraft Cake

Here is the cake I made for Austin's birthday.  For those who don't know it is a Minecraft cake cake. :)  I'm sure you can imagine how much cake we have around here so for something a little different, this is my first ice cream cake.  So chocolate cake filled with vanilla ice cream and iced with chocolate pudding and cool whip.  It was pretty yummy! :)

This cake was for a cute little girl, that all she wanted for her Birthday was a cheeseburger! LOL! Too cute!

ANGRY BIRDS!!

SO MUCH FUN!  This cake was fun to make!  I made all the birds out of fondant.  The cakes are chocolate iced with butter cream.

Motocross Cake

How fun is this Birthday cake for a boy who love to race his bike?!  Its Chocolate cake with butter cream filling and chocolate butter cream icing.  Candy boarder.  He came and helped put the bikes and the banners on which I thought was fun! :)

Fairy girl!

This cake was for a cute little girl turning 4.  She loves chocolate and pink, purple, and yellow. :)  She wanted a fairy on it too so I tried to make it look like her. :)

Batter batter!

This cake shaped like a base with a baseball and bat on top and a baseball smash cake was for a little boy who LOVES baseball! :)  Everything edible.

Derby Cupcakes

A friend and I made these cupcakes for the Pinewood Derby.  I believe these cupcakes were s'more cupcakes with marshmallow frosting. :)

Celebrate!

I made this for my great friend Sandy! She is finally(?) old enough to collect on her social security and was ready to celebrate! She has a great little shop right next to Cottonwood so she shared with everyone that came by that day. If you didn't make it you missed out because it was vanilla cake with fresh strawberry mousse filling! Yum!

Cake Pop Galour

So I spent a few hours plus a few more making over 80 cake pops! It was only my second time making this so needless to say I learned a lot making these. :) Everything actually went pretty smoothly and I think these things are delicious! There were 3 different flavors. YUM!
