This cake is all vanilla cake iced in buttercream icing. I made all the flowers out of fondant.

Curious George Cake

Who doesn't love Curious George?! He is so CUTE! This was a first for me as far as making an image like this out of frosting. This one is chocolate cake with peanut butter filling. (At the time I couldn't find a recipe for banana filling :))

Ambulance Cake

Here is a cake I did for a Birthday/EMT Fire Christmas party. I tried to make it look as much like the Enterprise Ambulance as I could. This was chocolate butter cake with cream cheese filling. It was HUGE! I am talking it could feed 120+ people! You can't really see them in the pictures but it had FLASHING LIGHTS! It was time consuming but a lot of fun to make. Everything is edible except the lights of course. :)
