Anniversary Cake

I made this cake to celebrate 10 years of the nursing program at SUU. It did kind of sink in the middle but it was huge and I had no time to fix it. :(. Such a crazy week!! But one layer was red velvet and the other chocolate and it had cream cheese frosting. :)

Cake I made a week ago. Fondant covered choc cake w/cream cheese filling and vanilla cake w/rasp mousse. :)
