Here is a wedding cake I did this last weekend. It was for my cousin's wedding. Both layers are carrot cake with butter cream icing.

Lone Star Cake!

I did this cake for a my friend's dad's 60th Birthday! They are from Texas! :) It is cherry chocolate cake with butter cream icing.

EHS Reunion Cake

My brother's class ordered a cake for their 10 year class reunion, so this is what I came up with. The paw print is airbrushed and the rest is butter cream. I still need to work on my writing I know.... :)

Fire Truck with Lights!!

I made this cake for a cute little boys' Birthday! I even added the flashing lights! Everything is edible except for the hat sitting on the truck and the hydrant and lights.

Wedding Cake

Here is a cake I made for my cousin and his fiance. All White cake. Bottom Layer has creamcheese filling, middle cream cheese and strawberry filling, and to buttercream. The whole cake is covered and iced with buttercream. The flowers are silk.

Jenn's Cake

I did this for my sis's 25th Birthday!! Love her!! It is chocolate on the bottom and spice cake on the top.

Purple Blossoms

Here is the wedding cake I did this last weekend.

It is all chocolate cake with buttercream icing and filling and then covered in fondant.

The embossing is royal icing and I made all the flowers out of gumpaste/fondant. I even airbrushed them which was a lot of fun! Thanks to my sis for the airbrush setup! :)
